Please arrive at the reception at least 15 minutes in advance for the initial examination (questionnaire to be filled in, OPG picture to be taken). Please bring your health insurance card and a list of medications you take regularly, and bring all your current toothbrushes to every appointment and treatment with us.

If you are coming as a family to see us for your initial appointment, we ask that you arrange for a second adult to babysit your youngest children (approximately 6-8 years old). This will help us to fully attend to your care, thank you.

The nearest parking is possible park on the paid parking lot on Komenského street (opposite the building). If it is occupied, you can use the parking lot of Svobody, or Republikánská obrany, it is about 10 minutes walk from there. Due to the complex parking situation in Mikulov, we ask you to reserve enough time for comfortable parking and your early arrival at the appointment.
