Therapy: In the surgical phase: teeth 12 – 22 extended through apically shifted gum flap using ostheoplastic reconstruction to restore teeth with adequate crown length and width. Prosthesis phase: vertical dimension of occlusion restoration. In the first phase, an occlusion is increased by 1 mm in the area of the first molar tooth by using ceramic overlays in the range of 16, 15, 14, 24, 25, 26. In the post phase, ceramic crowns and veneers are used.
