Tooth ankylosis is a dental disorder in which a tooth root is fused into the alveolar bone causing loss of periodontal ligament space and changes in periodontium with tissue replacement which resembles a bone. Therapy: An orthodontics treatment is not possible due to extensive tooth ankylosis. A dental case was treated by prosthesis restoration using tooth bridges No. 13 = 11, No. 21 = 23 and ceramic overlays with surgical treatment. Such surgical treatment was necessary with tooth No. 22 located on a postion of teeth No. 21 and No. 23.
